Shelly Nohar founded Target Shipping in 2011 at her residence. As her company grew, she partnered with other industry professionals to establish Target Logistics Inc (TLI) with locations in Miami, Florida, USA and Georgetown, Guyana. As CEO of TLI, Shelly and her team are focused on developing the shipping and logistics market in Guyana to better benefit all Guyanese.
